The User undertakes to use the Website contents in accordance to Law and this Legal Notice, as well as other terms, conditions and instructions that could be applicable according to the part 1.

C.- About the Data Collection Form

To this end, the User guarantees the authenticity of all data provided to Metrópolis, S.A., so that it responds, at any time, at User’s actual situation. A.- About the Services

Access to the Website implies no duty on the part of Metrópolis, S.A. to ensure the absence of viruses or any other harmful computer element. It corresponds to the User the responsibility for the availability of adequate tools for the detection and disinfection of harmful computer programs.

Metrópolis, S.A. is not responsible for any damage caused to Users’ or third parties’ computer equipment during the provision of service of the Web.

B.- About the Web Availability

There will be only collected the personal data, for its processing, when it is adequate, relevant and not excessive for the determined area and the purposes for which it has been obtained.

The data processing will be carried out confidentially attending the different demand of the applicable regulations.

In addition, Metrópolis Seguros informs you to have undertaken the techmical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data and avoid its alteration, loss, unauthorized access or treatment.

From the very moment the User sends the forms, he/she expressly consents that the personal data will be processed in order to receive commercial info from Metrópolis Seguros S.A. In case the User doesn’t want to receive this kind of information, he/she can withdraw the consent through the ways mentioned.

6. Applicable Law

The present Legal Notice together with its consequences shall be rules in all cases by the Spanish legislation in force at the time.
